1 NOTE: Under Federal Reserve Regulation D, banks are legally required to limit the number of certain types of transactions on Savings and Money Market Accounts. The following describes which types of transactions are unlimited and which are limited:
Unlimited Transactions- Withdrawals or transfers made in-person at the bank or by messenger, mail or ATM
Limited Transactions-Up to six of the following per monthly statement cycle:-

Third party payments by draft, debit card or similar order
If these limits are exceeded, a fee for each additional withdrawal will be
incurred, and the account may be closed or converted by the bank to a different
